Realise Coaching is the coaching division of Grahame Robb Associates (GRA) — a leadership and development consultancy with 35 years of experience helping organisations and their people perform at their best. Our coaching offer brings the same rigour, tailored approach, and measurable focus that defines everything we do at GRA.
Whether you're a senior leader navigating complex organisational challenges, a manager stepping into a new role, or an organisation investing in the development of your graduate cohort, Realise Coaching provides professionally qualified coaches who match your specific needs — not just your job title.

Coaching is not a training programme, and it is not mentoring. It's a structured, confidential, one-on-one process that helps individuals gain clarity, shift behaviour, and achieve defined goals — with the support of a professionally qualified coach who asks the right questions rather than providing the answers.
Where training delivers knowledge to a group, coaching works with individuals to achieve results. It addresses specific challenges, blockers, and personal ambitions, in a way that no off-the-shelf programme can replicate. The result is more durable behaviour change — and a measurable impact on performance.
For senior leaders, executives, and managers at any stage of their leadership journey. From first-time managers to C-suite leaders, we address the challenges that come with leading people and organisations.
For organisations running graduate programmes or early career development initiatives. We help graduates and junior professionals make a meaningful contribution to your business, sooner.
We also work with organisations that have specific or broader coaching needs — from team coaching and culture change to support through mergers and acquisitions. If your requirement doesn't fit neatly into one of our core areas, we would be happy to discuss a tailored solution.
Speak to a Specialist →Too many businesses miss out on the real benefits of coaching because they lack the right structure and safeguards. Our practical checklist helps you focus on what really matters.

Finding a provider you can trust — one that will deliver genuine, lasting change rather than a series of pleasant conversations — is harder than it should be.
Our coaches are professionally accredited and bring real-world experience from high-level corporate roles across a range of industries. They are not generalists — they understand the pressures your people face.
We do not simply assign the first available coach. We carry out chemistry calls, present relevant options, and ensure the fit is right before any engagement begins.
Generic, one-size-fits-all coaching does not deliver results. Every engagement starts with a thorough discovery process to understand the individual, the challenge, and the desired outcome.
Realise Coaching draws on the broader GRA heritage — decades of working with leaders, teams, and graduate cohorts across a wide range of sectors.
Our coaches operate with complete impartiality. Coachees can be open about challenges they may not feel able to raise internally — creating the psychological safety that makes real progress possible.
We begin by understanding the individual context, challenges, and goals, as well as any organisational objectives the engagement needs to serve.
We identify the most suitable coaches from our network and facilitate a chemistry call so the coachee can make an informed choice. The right relationship is non-negotiable.
Sessions are two hours long. We recommend a minimum of three sessions, with blocks of six over three months for deeper engagements. In-person, virtual, or a blend of both - you decide!
Each session produces clear actions and commitments. Progress is tracked across the engagement to ensure momentum is maintained and outcomes are measurable.
For organisationally commissioned engagements, we provide regular updates to ensure HR, L&D, or line management are kept appropriately informed.
