About our Learning Experience Portal (LXP)
The LXP is our innovative virtual learning platform, designed to provide learners with all the resources, communication tools, and collaborative learning features they need to support their development. The platform is compatible with all mobile devices and is accessible by face-to-face training participants and blended learning students, as well as purely online learners.
The LXP’s main features include:
Live Virtual Classroom – Access virtual team training anywhere in the world
Our dynamic live virtual classrooms offer everything you’d expect in a face-to-face setting but delivered in an interactive online classroom. Each session is led by an experienced Senior Training Facilitator and a GRA Moderator.
Classes deliver all the theory, group discussions, polls and team exercises experienced in a physical classroom, including breakout sessions for work with a learning partner or in small groups.
E-Learning – Self-paced modular training and development
Our self-paced, e-learning content gives participants control and increased flexibility over how they learn. Programmes are broken into small interactive modules for greater freedom to absorb the information at the learner's own pace and on their own schedule.
Within each module, learners will find written content, videos, quizzes, case studies, questions for self-reflection, and downloadable materials to support their development. They will also be able to interact with colleagues and a GRA facilitator on the class chat forum.
Virtual Coaching Sessions – One-to-one online training
Our coaching sessions are tailored to your needs and those of your team. We offer personal development coaching for individuals to identify areas for performance improvement and implement bespoke action plans, and executive business coaching for managers, leaders and small senior teams.
