Grahame Robb

Managing Director

Grahame is GRA’s Managing Director and Owner. With more than 30 years of experience in leadership, team and organisational development, strategic consulting, and a background in HR, Grahame heads up GRA’s training team and drives sales, as well as being at the helm of the senior leadership team.

Grahame is motivated, charismatic, and fun, which seeps into his leadership style and the culture he has created at GRA. In his spare time, Grahame can be found; season ticket in hand, at Carrow Road, proudly supporting his home team Norwich City (yes, we sympathise!) or playing padel tennis with his friends.

Karen Robb

Director

Karen has been a Director and Owner at GRA since its inception in 1989. With 30+ years’ experience in leadership and management development training, culture change initiatives, coaching, and a background in HR, Karen is an invaluable member of both the leadership and training team, as she is also one of GRA’s most accomplished facilitators.

Karen is a mentor to those she works with and is an outgoing, kind-hearted, and supportive person. This is evident in her delivery style, her passion for L&D and her desire to guide others to achieve more than they thought possible in their careers. In her spare time, Karen likes to travel the world with her four daughters and ride her beloved horses.

Lori Taylor

General Manager

Lori has worked for GRA since 2014 as General Manager. Her role involves managing both of our Outdoor Centres and their staff, as well as being involved in sales and being a key member of GRA’s senior leadership team.

Lori is an excellent people manager and is passionate about offering the best possible service to her clients. She always aims to exceed the high standards she sets for herself and her background in hospitality shines through in her confident and friendly nature. Outside of work, Lori enjoys taking on new adventures with her two daughters and having a cheeky cocktail or two with her friends.

Joe Mackintosh

Senior L&D Facilitator

Joe has worked for GRA since 2011 as a Senior Facilitator and has over 20 years’ experience as a trainer. Joe’s role involves delivering and developing a wide range of training, from leadership and team development to experiential learning programmes, coaching and more, as well as being a member of GRA’s senior leadership team driving organisational results.

Joe is passionate about getting the best out of people and is an easy-going, likeable, and honest individual. When his busy training schedule allows, you’ll find Joe on the golf course trying to perfect his handicap and performing at venues with his band Pronghorn.

Claire Maxey

Business Manager

Claire has worked for GRA since 1994 as an Administration and Business Manager and is the business’ longest serving employee. Claire’s role involves supporting the organisation for the smooth running of day-to-day operations through scheduling and coordinating training and assisting with sales administration, to liaising with staff, associates, clients, and suppliers. She is also a part of GRA’s senior leadership team.

Claire has a keen eye for detail and is a loyal and trusted member of the team. In her spare time, Claire likes to host dinners or dine out with her friends and is a regular theatre goer.

Jodie Clarke

Creative Designer & Product Developer

Jodie has worked for GRA since 2013 and is the business’ Creative Designer and Product Developer. Jodie’s role involves brand management, supporting marketing efforts and driving the design and creative aspects of projects. She also works closely with the training team to develop new products and bespoke programmes for clients.

Jodie is an innovative and straight-talking member of the team who gives 110% commitment to everything she does. When she’s not taking on additional design projects, Jodie can be found catching up on the latest celebrity gossip or binge watching a reality series.

Rich Morris

Operations Manager

Rich joined GRA in 2019 as Operations Manager of our two Outdoor Centres. Rich’s role involves managing the day-to-day running of the Centres, there upkeep and the safety of all those on-site. He is also a qualified outdoor instructor who delivers experiential learning programmes and team building events alongside our training team and associates.

Rich is an open-minded, friendly, and practical person who enjoys helping others. A keen lover of the outdoors, you’ll often find Rich on the rugby field with his friends.

Stuart Cox

Senior Instructor

Stuart joined GRA in 2022 as Senior Instructor and is one of the business' newest members of the team. Stuart's role involves facilitating outdoor experiential programmes and team building events alongside our training team and associates, and assisting with day-to-day site maintenance and safety operations at our Reading Outdoor Centre. 

Stuart is a hands-on, optimistic person who is always keen to learn. In his free time, you'll find Stuart adventuring outdoors, come rain or shine, with his son and partner, re-watching old anime classics, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen trying out new recipes (with mixed results!).

Nicola Morrison

Finance Manager

Nicola joined GRA in 2008 as Finance Manager and is one of GRA’s longest serving team members. Nicola’s role involves overseeing end-to-end finance operations, accounting, budgeting, and supporting the senior leadership team with financial and legal insights.

Nicola is a candid, experienced and dependable member of the team. When she’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find Nicola taking long walks with her two dogs Milo and Otis and frequenting the local cafes as a certified coffee addict.

Sean Hall

L&D Facilitator

Sean is fresh to GRA, joining the team in 2022 as a Facilitator with 8 years’ of training experience under his belt in effective communication, leadership development, and team building. Sean’s role involves delivering a variety of training programmes in GRA’s repertoire and helping to develop new and bespoke programmes for our clients alongside the rest of the training and design team.

Sean is a conscientious and caring person who considers supporting the development of others as the heart of his passion. As a proud new Dad, he’s currently a bit short on free time, but is a keen runner and a lifelong supporter of QPR. Up until 2020, he was also an amateur dramatics performer, treading the boards in a range of roles from Shakespeare to Pantomime (he’s behind you!).

Naomi France-Sargeant

Programme Administrator

Naomi joined GRA in 2021 as Programme Administrator. As part of the administration team, Naomi’s role involves supporting Claire in the scheduling and coordinating of training programmes and being one of the first points of contact for our customers. She is also a qualified outdoor support instructor and assists in the running of experiential learning programmes and team building events alongside our training team and associates.

Naomi is a positive, fun, and reliable individual. As an avid footy fan, Naomi can be found playing football for her local ladies’ team and cheering on Liverpool FC in her spare time (YNWA).
