Why Realise Coaching

The market for coaching is crowded. Here is what makes us different.

Finding a provider you can trust — one that will deliver genuine, lasting change rather than a series of pleasant conversations — is harder than it should be.

Life Mentoring
01

Qualified, experienced coaches

Our coaches are professionally accredited and bring real-world experience from high-level corporate roles across a range of industries. They are not generalists — they understand the pressures your people face.

Life Mentoring
02

The right match, every time

We do not simply assign the first available coach. We carry out chemistry calls, present relevant options, and ensure the fit is right before any engagement begins.

Life Mentoring
03

Truly tailored

Generic, one-size-fits-all coaching does not deliver results. Every engagement starts with a thorough discovery process to understand the individual, the challenge, and the desired outcome.

Life Mentoring
04

35 years of organisational expertise

Realise Coaching draws on the broader GRA heritage — decades of working with leaders, teams, and graduate cohorts across a wide range of sectors.

Life Mentoring
06

Confidential and non-biased

Our coaches operate with complete impartiality. Coachees can be open about challenges they may not feel able to raise internally — creating the psychological safety that makes real progress possible.

How it works

A clear, structured process — because good outcomes do not happen by accident.

01

Discovery call

We begin by understanding the individual's context, challenges, and goals, as well as any organisational objectives the engagement needs to serve.

02

Coach matching & chemistry call

We identify the most suitable coaches from our network and facilitate a chemistry call so the coachee can make an informed choice. The right relationship is non-negotiable.

03

Programme of sessions

Sessions are two hours long. We recommend a minimum of three sessions, with blocks of six over three months for deeper engagements. In-person, virtual, or a blend of both.

04

Defined actions & accountability

Each session produces clear actions and commitments. Progress is tracked across the engagement to ensure momentum is maintained and outcomes are measurable.

05

Review and reporting

For organisationally commissioned engagements, we provide regular updates to ensure HR, L&D, or line management are kept appropriately informed.
