Bruce Tuckman’s model for team development is just as relevant today as it first was in 1965. All teams go through four stages of development (forming, storming, norming and performing). When you put a team together for the first time, your goal will be for them to reach performing as quickly as possible.

We take development beyond typical training packages through experiential learning. Our approach is to introduce critical team development theories, models and profiling tools and then focus on providing teams with opportunities to apply the learning in a fun, engaging and practical setting. Once the task has been completed, our experienced facilitators guide the team through an honest and constructive feedback and review session that links the learning back to the workplace.
