What we Do
Grahame Robb Associates is different; really different. . . . Each
and every programme delivered by GRA is linked to specific business and personal
objectives. We do this by taking the time to really understand your business and
your people (and the desired outcomes) before we make any recommendations. In
this way, our programmes deliver long term and sustainable benefits for both the
staff and the organisation.
We go beyond the typical training and learning that comes ‘off the shelf’. We
inspire people to change the way they work, deliver improved performance and
allow the business to get a measurable return on investment.
Over the last 16 years, we have delivered hundreds of programmes to a wide range
of private and public sector clients across the globe in the areas of leadership
and management, projects and programmes, customers and teams – from one off
events to on-going modular programmes lasting years.
Working in partnership with GRA, you will feel the enthusiasm and passion that
goes into all that we do. You will witness the experience, credibility and
sensitivity of our staff – and be astonished at the results achieved by our
other clients. You will be impressed by our broad range of services from
leadership and management development programmes to team development
interventions – employing powerful combinations of classroom-based and outdoor
experiential learning techniques. You will see the long-term relationships that
we have built with small organisations and major blue-chip clients, and the
creativity that surprises our clients after 10 or 15 years of working together.
But above all else, you’ll see a company that truly inspires and motivates
individuals to discover, develop and release their true potential and achieve
tangible personal and organisational benefits.
With our Head Office near Winchester, Hampshire, and we have a major Corporate
Outdoor Learning Centre based at Wokefield Park, near Reading, which includes
one of the largest high and low ropes courses in Europe.
The Ropes Course facility, consists of over 45 professionally constructed tasks
and activities, and is specifically designed to facilitate experiential learning
and development. Set within 15 acres of a purpose built Learning Environment,
the low and high rope activities are generously spaced to accommodate over 200
participating delegates. |
