At GRA, we offer specialist coaching programmes which focus on enhancing the
well-being, capability and performance of individuals for personal and business
benefits.
From one to one executive coaching to coaching provided as part of
our management development programmes, our service is tailored to meet the needs
of managers, executives and leaders across any organisation.
The individual is encouraged to talk about their real issues of concern and
development opportunities in their business and personal environments. They can
choose the timing, content and the coach who will empower them to deliver
maximum benefit for the minimum investment in time. Providing learning, guidance
and feedback, our programmes typically cover:
- Agreeing objectives and defining the coaching contract
- Assessing holistic development needs
- Identifying issues and discovering options
- Formulating solutions, action plans and personal development plans
As well as delivering one to one coaching, we deliver programmes to develop
managers’ coaching skills and embed the coaching culture across the
organisation.
Activities may include real-life workplace coaching or
experiential coaching using activities from archery to sub-aqua diving.
